Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE), a leading networking, communications and cloud solutions provider, has recently launched its new global partner programme, the 360 Partner Experience (360PX). The programme is designed to accelerate the growth of ALE’s network of 3,400 partners by offering a unique journey tailored to each organization.
360PX aims to support ALE’s end-to-end (E2E) portfolio of solutions, including communications, network and CCaaS, available in on-premise, hybrid, or cloud models. A key component of the programme is to help partners transition to “as a service” (XaaS) or subscription-based solutions while continuing to support Capex activities.
360PX also introduces a new “à la carte” accreditation framework that enables partners to specialise in sales or services for XaaS, Capex or strategic verticals such as healthcare, education, government, transportation, and energy and utilities. The modular and flexible programme allows partners to focus on their strengths and leverage their sales or service competencies.
The 360PX programme facilitates an ecosystem where partners can collaborate and combine their strengths to offer comprehensive solutions that meet customers’ evolving needs. The Business Relationship Management platform enhances collaboration between ALE and its partners with strategic planning and efficient execution to ensure mutual success.
“Our 360 Partner Experience programme allows our partners, existing and new, to do both Capex and XaaS business with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise within a single framework. The enhanced support will help them flourish, especially for those transitioning to a subscription model. In addition, the collaborative ecosystem we are promoting will benefit all our partners around the world”, says Claudio Soland, SVP of Alliances and Global Partner programme at ALE.
ALE’s Executive Vice President, Global Sales, Services & Marketing, Rukmini Glanard, adds that the 360PX partner ecosystem ensures that end-users receive optimal solutions with best-in-class service as they migrate to increasingly integrated platforms.
With headquarters in France and 3,400 business partners worldwide, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise delivers customised technology experiences to more than a million customers worldwide. The company’s digital-age solutions have flexible business models in the cloud, on-premises, and hybrid, and all come with built-in security and limited environmental impact.
