Singapore Clears EV Charger Merger with Price Commitments
Singapore’s competition authority has approved the proposed acquisition of ChargEco by SP Mobility after the latter offered binding commitments to keep EV charging prices stable at certain HDB carparks and to avoid discriminatory discount practices. The commitments remain in effect for a limited period.
