Expereo Earns Silver EcoVadis Rating for Sustainable Performance

Expereo, the global leader in Managed Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), has been awarded an EcoVadis Silver Rating. This achievement places the company in the 92nd percentile and amongst the top 15% of its industry category for the year. This milestone follows a 10-point improvement from its previous Bronze rating, showcasing a strengthened commitment to sustainable supply chain performance and ESG governance.

Significant Gains Across ESG Pillars

The assessment recorded improvements across all four EcoVadis pillars: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The Environment category saw a 10-point increase, while Labour and Human Rights rose by 19 points year-on-year.

Expereo’s progress in people practices was further validated by the Great Place to Work UAE Certification for 2026 and the Singapore Employee Experience of the Year award at the Asian Experience Awards 2025.

Delivering Transparent Excellence

Ben Elms, CEO of Expereo, noted that the move from Bronze to Silver reflects the rapid progress made in embedding sustainability across operations. He highlighted that these efforts provide customers with confidence that they are working with a partner aligned with ethical business standards.

Key initiatives contributing to this success include:

  • Reducing material consumption and minimising waste.
  • Rolling out the Cisco Refurbish Project.
  • Introducing bi-annual supplier sustainability evaluations.
  • Strengthening risk assessments.

A Strategy Built for the Future

Expereo’s FY25 sustainability strategy is anchored around three core pillars designed to support resilient and transparent digital infrastructure:

Environment

The company is building a rigorous CO2 inventory and embedding circular economy practices throughout its operations. This include plans to expand the use of refurbished equipment and align cloud hosting with lower-carbon criteria.

People

There is a continued investment in employee health, wellbeing, and a more inclusive workplace culture across global teams.

Green Procurement

Expereo is implementing strong sustainability criteria for Data Centre partnerships focused on clean energy. These policies prioritise the procurement of recycled customer equipment and safely extending the CPE lifecycle.

By combining supplier governance with improved carbon accounting, Expereo is building a data-driven foundation for future ESG performance. As a trusted partner to 60% of Fortune 500 companies, the organisation remains committed to driving meaningful impact across the 190 countries it serves.
